Damages & Issues

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, please note that under EU consumer law you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Non-Returnable Items

All of our products are personalized and custom-made to order, and as such are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes sale items and gift cards.
